Where the hell is "Wadern" ?
Ok its in the heart of "old Europe" halfway between Trier and Birkenfeld ( Idar-Oberstein) also not far away from Luxembourg ( thats a real country and should be on the world map ). Best located on your large scale map where the A1 ( Autobahn, freeway, motorway ) from Trier to Saarbrücken meets the A 62 leading to Kaiserslautern at Nonnweiler.

Morscholz is a little village belonging to the little
city of Wadern in the Saarland state of Germany. Capitol of the Saarland is Saarbruecken. The Saarland is well known as a center of coal mining and steel industry, but these industries are running down the tubes. I live on the countryside far away from coal mines and steel mills. Somehow I am sitting in the center of Europe. Berlin is an 8 hours drive away, Paris only 4 hours. Even to London and back I can make it the same day. Maps are "Rasterdaten

What am I doing ?
I am running a rock and mineral business, which means I am
selling all kinds of stuff on rock and mineral shows all over the
world (world means Europe and the USA, yet -the Tucson show in
Februaryr.)
