Our chemicals are not analytical grade but technical, chemical pure or food grade. All materials are used since years successfully in our lab for growing crystals.
If the chemicals are to be used for other purposes this must be checked by the customer.
When ordering the chemicals you declare also that you are aware of the dangerous properties of the chemicals, that you use them according the lawfully restrictions, and that you have the necessary licenses to use the chemicals.
We, the supplier will not under any circumstances be liable for damages, personal injury ore death occuring with the use of the chemicals.
When ordering the chemicals you also waive all rights to sue us, the supplier for any damages occuring from the use of the chemicals by you or a third person. You will also hold the supplier harmless for all claims by a third person.
